To celebrate the success of our inaugural 2013 Communicating Science workshop (ComSciCon’13), we are posting a report reflecting on the workshop and summarizing the lasting outcomes of the event that have emerged since June. This includes a survey of the 50 phenomenal graduate students who attended the workshop, the 21 fantastic professional communicators who participated as invited experts, the 11 publications our attendees, and the 3 new Astrobites-spin off organizations that were launched by attendees.
